Certain unforeseen circumstances may arise from time to time which can influence your ability to attend the EPM Summit.  However, please be aware of the following refund policy: 

1. Cancellation & Refunds: No cancellations or refunds shall be allowed except as listed below. 

2. No Refunds for Travel related issues:  We do not offer refunds for Summit registrations due to any travel-related issues such as airline delays or other travel related complications.

      a. Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential and unforeseen trave associated costs. 

3. Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.  Please contact us at marketing@darwinanalytics.com at least 14 business days prior to the Summit event to arrange a proper transfer.  Note: Registrations transferred to another colleague may incur a transfer fee.  Please contact Darwin representatives for details at time of transfer request. 

4. Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled by Darwin, we will provide a full refund or offer the option to transfer your registration to any rescheduled or future event.
