EPM Transformation Workshop

Achieving success with EPM can be tricky – research shows that nearly 75% of EPM projects fail to return positive value. Why is achieving value so difficult? EPM is comprised of many products, service providers, implementation methods and management processes. These variables complicate the EPM landscape, making it difficult for inexperienced customers to prioritize and manage the projects. Left unmanaged, the resulting tangle will jeopardize desired outcomes of improved insights, collaboration and cycle time. The EPM Leadership Summit offers many choices to improve your solution’s stability and efficiency, including performance troubleshooting, streamlining maintenance, and highlighting EPM user tips and tricks. In addition, it is essential for organizational leaders to understand the value EPM drives to their company. Attend this session to rationalize and reframe your EPM objectives to assure high value outcomes, while identifying and executing initiatives focused on project ROI and superior process improvements.

Exercises will include:
• Understanding EPM Maturity Concepts
• Understanding Process Assessment Frameworks

Target Audience:
• EPM Process Owners
• CFO
• COO
• CIO
• VP Finance
• VP Operations
• Director, Financial Planning + Analysis
